Simplicity is a current trend happened in all aspects of human living covering all aspects of arts and designs today. From graphic arts, advertising designs, architectures, interior designs, and the new concept of style living called Zen's Living. It's obvious that more and more people in highly developed cities gradually accepted and appreciates the Zen concept of 'less is more'.
The art of simplicity had very much to do with the eastern religious thinking of Zen, which originated from Buddhist thoughts as simple living is encouraged for one to get out from the world of desires and temptations.
